Update to Layer Tools plugin for LiveCode

Here's an update for one of my more popular plugins, altLayerTools. You can put it directly in the plugins folder and it will now work as an inspector for all controls on any card of the selectedobject, allowing you to move controls and groups up and down in the layer order. It works better than the Application Browser as it doesn't get confused and always reports the correct layer hierarchy.  It also will allow you to quick edit props and scripts for objects you select.

The orange box at the top will put it in palette mode if it isn't already. But, if you run it from your plugins menu, or from the altPlugin Toolbar, it will just work.
